When Diabetes Is Not Diabetes
Mention the word diabetes and the vast majority of people will think that you know or Type 1 diabetes, which is about 10% of patients with diabetes or type 2 diabetes, the most viewed form of the disease and is always alarming. But did you know that there is a third type of diabetes who have no connection either with or type 1 or type 2 diabetes, with the exception of parts of the name diabetes.
Diabetes, either type 1 or type 2, is a condition in which the body is not capable of sugar in a satisfactory manner and for this reason, it is sometimes known as the sugar diabetes. By contrast, diabetes insipidus, is a condition in which the body is not properly processed water, and therefore it is sometimes known as water diabetes.
Diabetes insipidus is characterized by high consumption of liquid, a high efficiency of urine and in some cases a thirst. The symptoms of diabetes insipidus the need for frequent urinary urgency, alarm on the night of urination and involuntary urination while they slept. The volume of urine production increases, because the body is not in a position to concentrate and it is usually very pale in color or appearance colorless.
